What a way to start the day!

Today as usual my day started and I went for my morning walk. Hardly 5 min walk when a guy, in his bike, came near me n tapped my shoulder. Don't know if had tried to snatch my chain or a rogue. At that moment I really got annoyed and caught him by his shirt. But this did not stop his and he raised his engine to escape. However Idid not leave my grip and started shouting.

At this point I lost my control and fell down. By then another person heard my shouting and tried to stop this guy. He kicked him. Bike walla fell down and started running. People tried to chase him but he managed to escape. However he left his bike on the road.

I was so annoyed that I wanted him to caught, therefore tried calling the police (100). This was even more annoying when I was not able to reach them. Everytime I called 100 line kept disconnecting. I don't understand what kind of emergency service is this.

However an auto fellow went and called the police who were in rounds. They came and started questing us. Some of the questions were so stupid like why didn't you stop him. Finally they took my complain. I came back home.

Couple of things here - Some one can't walk alone in this city and it is difficult for a common man to answer the police.
